We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from concept design to construction completion.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for architectural projects
- Lead a team of architects and designers to develop concept designs and present them to clients for approval
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, models, and specifications for construction
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of project plans
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure adherence to timelines and cost estimates
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices in architecture design and project management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, standards, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously within budgetary constraints

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
