Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Moscow. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process for various architectural projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process for architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop project briefs, design concepts, and presentation materials
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors during construction phase
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1600 per month with accommodation provided.
