Senior Architect in Moscow

As a Senior Architect in Moscow, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of large-scale architectural projects. Your main duties will include developing project plans, creating detailed drawings and models, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect on complex projects. You should also have a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Additionally, you should have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans based on client requirements and budget constraints
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design software
- Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the design process
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and can be executed within budget
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that all work is completed according to specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues or delays that may arise during the construction phase
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or changes
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
