Sous Chef

We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our team in Moscow. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food production. You will be responsible for supervising and training junior kitchen staff, maintaining inventory levels, and creating new menu items. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong culinary skills, and knowledge of food safety regulations. A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Russian nationality or residence permit is preferred.
