As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing radio equipment in both commercial and residential settings. Your main goal will be to ensure that all radio systems are functioning properly and efficiently. This is a full-time position and no prior experience is required as we are willing to provide on-the-job training. The salary for this role starts at $1600 per month with the possibility of growth based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair various types of radio equipment including transmitters, receivers, antennas, and related wiring.
- Test equipment performance using specialized tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues with radio systems and make necessary repairs or replacements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during installations and repairs.
- Keep detailed records of work performed including equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and repair logs.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installation projects.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in radio technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in electronics or telecommunications is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles and circuitry.
- Familiarity with hand tools and electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
