The Entry-Level Merchandiser will be responsible for assisting with the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies for our company's products in Moscow. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for merchandising and a strong understanding of market trends. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in merchandising is not required, but candidates should be eager to learn and have a strong work ethic. This is an entry-level position with the potential for growth within the company. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing merchandising plans for our products in Moscow
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Coordinate with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms
- Participate in product development meetings and provide input on product assortment
- Communicate regularly with retail partners to ensure proper placement and presentation of products
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Salary: $1600 per month
