Sales Manager - Moscow
As a Sales Manager in Moscow, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our company's products and services. You will be working with a dynamic team and reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition
- Negotiate contracts with clients and manage the sales process from start to finish
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to management on performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the same industry or market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing a sales team
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Salary: 1400$ per month plus commission based on performance.
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. We offer visa sponsorship for non-Russian nationals. However, accommodation is not provided.
