Sales Manager - Moscow, Russia
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of our sales team and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the sales process and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Train new sales team members on product knowledge, company policies, and selling techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Moscow market
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in Russian; proficiency in English is preferred but not required
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Salary:
1300$ per month plus commission based on performance.
