As a mason, your main responsibility will be to construct and repair structures using brick, stone, and other materials. You will be required to read blueprints and follow design plans to ensure the accuracy of your work. Your duties may also include mixing mortar, cutting and shaping materials, and laying bricks or stones according to specific patterns.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction techniques and be able to work with precision. You must also possess physical strength and endurance as the job may involve lifting heavy materials or working in uncomfortable positions. Attention to detail is crucial in order to ensure the structural integrity of the building.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Apprenticeship or formal training program in masonry
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a mason
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques
- Physical strength and endurance
- Attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and follow design plans
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning them, laying out guidelines, and cutting materials
- Mix mortar according to specifications
- Lay bricks or stones in specific patterns using mortar as an adhesive
- Cut or shape materials using hand tools or power tools
- Check the accuracy of your work using levels, plumb lines, or squares
- Repair any damaged structures by replacing broken bricks or stones

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
- Physical strength and endurance
- Knowledge of construction techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license (optional)

Salary: $1500 per month
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
