Entry-Level Baker


We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Baker. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and eager to gain experience in a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established standards
- Decorate and finish products with icing, glazes, or toppings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation practices

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- A passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques
- Basic math skills for accurate measuring and scaling of ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be legally eligible to work in Moscow
