IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our company's technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal efficiency
- Ensure the security of our network by implementing appropriate measures and protocols
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt resolution to minimize downtime
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for system improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Proven track record of successful implementation and maintenance of technology systems

Salary: $1100 per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. However, we offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for candidates outside St. Petersburg.
