Part-Time Computer Support Specialist
Location: St. Petersburg, Russia

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in St. Petersburg on a part-time basis. As the ideal candidate, you will have experience providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software. You will also have excellent communication skills to effectively assist clients with their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Train users on new software or hardware as needed
- Keep accurate records of technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in using various operating systems, such as Windows and MacOS
- Knowledge of networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in both English and Russian

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with biometric passports
- Experience providing remote technical support
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1500$ per month (based on qualifications and experience)
