Computer Support Specialist



As a Computer Support Specialist in St. Petersburg, you will provide technical assistance and support to computer systems, hardware, and software issues. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving computer problems, maintaining and upgrading systems, and providing excellent customer service to users.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and software
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Provide technical support to users either in person or remotely
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Train users on basic computer functions and applications
- Maintain an inventory of equipment and software licenses
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or degrees in a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1500 per month with accommodation provided.

Location: St. Petersburg, Russia (accommodation preference for local candidates)
