Job Title: Back-End Developer - St. Petersburg, Russia

As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the server-side of web applications. Your main focus will be to develop and optimize the functionality of websites and services while ensuring high performance and responsiveness. You will work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver efficient and effective solutions. This is a full-time position in St. Petersburg, Russia open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop back-end architecture for web applications
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of server-side systems
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Write clean, well-designed code following industry best practices
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of server-side programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby on Rails
- Experience working with databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of web servers (Apache) and cloud platforms (AWS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English
