Project Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from conception to completion. You must have at least 2 years of experience in project management and possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Provide guidance and direction to project team members
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Prepare regular progress reports for management
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct post-project evaluations to determine areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in project management roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation processes
- Own visa/residency permit required
