We are in search of a Moderator to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging community environment for our online platform. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on our platform
- Enforce community guidelines and address any violations appropriately
- Engage with users and respond to inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for community management

Requirements:
- Prior experience in community management or moderation preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Experience working with international communities is a plus
