Part-Time Tiler in St. Petersburg

A reputable construction company in St. Petersburg is seeking a skilled and experienced Tiler to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, and marble, to enhance the appearance of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled and ensure proper alignment
- Cut tiles to fit around obstacles using hand and power tools
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and removing old tiles if necessary
- Mix and apply adhesive materials for tile installation
- Set tiles in place and fill joints with grout or caulking
- Finish surfaces by applying sealants or waterproofing compounds when required

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Excellent knowledge of different tiling materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design specifications
- Solid understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
- Good physical condition with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work in confined spaces
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1600 per month.
