We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Technologist to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional architectural plans and drawings for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
