A leading architectural firm in St. Petersburg is seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting site assessments, developing preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a focus on historic preservation. You should also have at least 3 years of experience working on preservation projects and be knowledgeable about relevant laws and regulations.

As a Preservation Architect, attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills are essential. You must also have strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members.
