Part-Time Architectural Designer

As a part-time Architectural Designer, you will work with our team to create innovative and functional designs for our clients. You will utilize your design skills and knowledge of architectural principles to develop plans and drawings for various projects. Requirements:
- Previous experience in architectural design or a related field is preferred
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to develop design concepts that meet client needs and budget requirements
- Create detailed plans, elevations, and 3D models using design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for projects
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to present designs and incorporate feedback
- Assist with project management tasks as needed

Salary: $1200 per month (based on experience)
