Part-Time Architectural Designer (St-Petersburg)



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in St-Petersburg on a part-time basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural plans and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using CAD software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Continuously research and stay updated on new design trends, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- 2+ years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees. Visa sponsorship may also be available for the right candidate.
