Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This includes creating detailed plans, managing budgets, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design industrial buildings that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is done according to specifications and within budget
- Manage project timelines and deadlines
- Work closely with engineers, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Proven track record of successfully managing industrial construction projects from conception to completion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in St. Petersburg, Russia.
