Architecture Manager for St-Petersburg Office



As the Architecture Manager for our St-Petersburg office, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in architecture and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project plans
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture
- Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position. Please note that this is a full-time job without accommodation.
