Part-Time Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Architecture Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in managing architectural projects. This is a part-time position, with flexible hours to accommodate other commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee architectural projects from conception to completion
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to architecture team members
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this part-time position.

This position is located in the beautiful city of St. Petersburg, known for its rich history and stunning architecture. Our office is centrally located with easy access to public transportation.
