Senior Architect
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction process of various projects. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1300$.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance and support throughout the project
- Develop and present design proposals to clients, ensuring they meet their needs and requirements
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Provide mentorship and training to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other similar software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of creativity
