Senior Architect - St-Petersburg

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the design of various structures, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects. This position is open to both experienced professionals and freshers looking to kickstart their career in architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Develop detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that plans are being followed accurately
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with new trends and techniques in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in architectural design, preferably as a Senior Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: Starting at 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
