Entry Level Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Restaurant Manager in St. Petersburg. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in the restaurant industry and is willing to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff members
- Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Manage finances, including cash handling, budgets, and financial reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or business management is a plus
- Previous experience in the food service industry preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in St. Petersburg
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus
Salary: $1700 per month
