Job Title: Contract Barista in St. Petersburg

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in St. Petersburg on a contract basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. You must have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients, monitoring brewing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness of work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergen information to assist customers with their selections
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safety of all products served
- Assist with keeping the café clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Russian is an asset
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in St. Petersburg, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally able to work in Russia on a contract basis.
