Executive Chef
We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a renowned restaurant in the beautiful city of St. Petersburg. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, as well as creating and executing menus that showcase our unique culinary offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create and implement menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Maintain high quality standards for food preparation and presentation
- Oversee kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creativity in menu planning and development
- Strong business acumen with budgeting and cost control experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Education:
A degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with potential for bonuses based on performance.
