Warehouse Supervisor

We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in St. Petersburg, Russia. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to customers. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure efficient and timely receipt, storage, and delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities
- Implement and enforce safety procedures in the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and other warehouse activities
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiency of operations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in supply chain management or logistics is preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to warehousing operations

Salary: $1400 per month
