Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in Russian (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans
- Create schedules and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and procurement of materials
- Manage construction team by assigning tasks and monitoring performance
