We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a contract position open to candidates of all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with creating reports, presentations, and other documents
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Help with organizing office events or meetings when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
