Job Title: Office Assistant - St. Petersburg, Russia


As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office in St. Petersburg, Russia. Your main responsibilities will include managing correspondence, maintaining files and records, coordinating schedules and meetings, and providing general administrative support to the team.

To excel in this role, you must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. A biometric passport is mandatory for this position as it may require occasional travel within Russia. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
