Carpenter for Residential Construction in St. Petersburg


We are a well-established construction company based in St. Petersburg seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for the construction and installation of wooden structures and fixtures for residential buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in carpentry within the residential construction industry
- Experience with measuring, cutting, and shaping wood materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in carpentry
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and standards
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials requirements and layout procedures
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wooden materials according to specifications
- Install wooden structures such as floors, walls, roofs, staircases, door frames, windows frames etc.
- Use hand tools such as saws, chisels, planes, drills etc. as well as power tools such as table saws, routers etc.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean working area and follow proper safety procedures at all times
