We are in immediate need of a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating detailed maps and reports for construction and land development projects. Your duties will include using specialized tools and equipment to measure and collect data, analyzing survey data, and providing accurate measurements for property boundaries.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding land surveying
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using GPS, total stations, and other surveying tools

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and levels to gather accurate data
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps using computer software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate measurements for project planning
- Keep accurate records of all surveys conducted
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations during surveying projects
