We are seeking a qualified and experienced Tutor to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Tutor for English Language Learners, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and support to students of all ages and levels.

Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized lesson plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each student
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students in a variety of settings, including in-person and online
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and promote language learning
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to create a supportive learning environment for students
- Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns or challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Native-level fluency in English
- Previous experience tutoring or teaching English as a second language
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners
- Patience, empathy, and passion for teaching
