Gardener (Experienced) - St. Petersburg, Russia


We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Gardener to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces.

Key responsibilities:
- Design, plant, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, hedges, and other plants according to client preferences
- Ensure proper care of plants by watering, fertilizing, pruning and removing pests as necessary
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Keep garden areas clean and tidy by removing weeds, debris and fallen leaves
- Assist with the installation of irrigation systems and outdoor lighting
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations for their gardens
- Provide recommendations for plant selection based on local climate conditions
- Monitor plant health and make suggestions for replacements or improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener with a strong knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Excellent understanding of gardening techniques such as planting, pruning, fertilizing, watering etc.
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely and effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Knowledge of irrigation systems is preferred but not required
- Prior experience working in a contract or freelance capacity is preferred but not required

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.

Visa & Ticket:
We will provide a free visa sponsorship for non-residents of Russia. We will also cover the cost of your ticket to St. Petersburg.
