We are in need of a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients with computer systems, hardware, and software issues. This is an urgent position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Russian language is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email or in person to clients experiencing computer systems, hardware or software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
- Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and software as needed
- Train clients on how to use new software or hardware when necessary
- Document all support activities for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
