As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating computer systems, installing new software and hardware, and ensuring the security of all systems. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You must also have a strong knowledge of computer systems and be able to work independently.
