Job Title: Web Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs. This includes working closely with our clients to understand their requirements, creating wireframes and mockups, and implementing designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, proficiency in web design tools and technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation will be provided for non-Chelyabinsk residents. A valid biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements
- Design wireframes and mockups that align with clients' branding and goals
- Create visually appealing website designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback for design improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous website designs
- Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or Figma
- Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive design principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Accommodation will be provided for non-Chelyabinsk residents.
