We are a growing web design company based in Chelyabinsk, seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Sketch
- Design logos, icons, and other visual elements for websites
- Ensure all designs are mobile-responsive and optimized for various devices
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Sketch
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS coding is a plus
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently
