We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Moderator to join our growing online community in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of discussions and interactions within our community platform. This includes reviewing user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and promoting a positive and engaging environment for all members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required.
