Facade Maintenance Technician



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Maintenance Technician to join our company in Chelyabinsk. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior surfaces of buildings, including walls, windows, and roofs. This is a part-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

As a Facade Maintenance Technician, your main duties will include inspecting buildings for damage or wear, identifying necessary repairs, and performing maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and sealing. You will also be responsible for repairing any damaged or broken parts of the facade using appropriate tools and materials.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in facade maintenance and repair, as well as knowledge of different building materials and their properties. You should also have strong attention to detail and the ability to work safely at heights.
