Formwork Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Formwork Specialist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling forms used in the pouring of concrete structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine form specifications
- Measure and cut materials to construct formwork according to specifications
- Assemble and erect forms on construction site
- Align forms for pouring concrete, ensuring proper placement and levelness
- Install braces, tie rods, and other support systems as needed
- Pour, spread, and level concrete within forms using hand or power tools
- Remove forms after concrete has hardened, inspecting for any defects or imperfections
- Repair or modify existing forms as needed

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction plans and formwork assembly techniques
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and construct formwork according to specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with the ability to detect flaws or imperfections in formwork or concrete structures

Salary: $1400 per month (without accommodation)
Location: Chelyabinsk (own visa required)
