Heavy Equipment Operator

We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duties will include operating the equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks on construction sites or other projects. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on the equipment as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience operating heavy equipment and be familiar with all safety protocols. You must also have strong hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to operate the machinery for extended periods of time. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Follow safety procedures at all times while operating the machinery
- Complete tasks efficiently and accurately based on project instructions
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for handling heavy machinery
- Strong hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
- Ability to read and understand project plans and instructions
- Excellent communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position. This role does not come with accommodation, so applicants should have their own housing in Chelyabinsk or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
