Job Title: Solar Installer

We are in need of a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other necessary equipment on roofs and other structures
- Ensure proper wiring and connections for optimal performance
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot any issues with existing systems
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation
- Maintain clean work areas and adhere to all safety protocols
- Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and how to maintain their system

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction, electrical work, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow all safety procedures
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed
