We are currently hiring a Solar Installer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Conduct site surveys to assess placement and positioning of solar panels.
- Install wiring, inverters, and other components necessary for the solar panel system.
- Test and troubleshoot system components to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and basic construction techniques.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
