Preservation Architect

We are currently hiring a Preservation Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, ensuring their longevity and cultural significance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation and restoration work
- Develop preservation plans that comply with local regulations and preservation standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to execute preservation projects
- Monitor progress of preservation projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with plans
- Conduct research on the history and significance of the buildings and structures being preserved
- Document all work done on historic buildings for historical records
- Educate clients and community members on the importance of preserving historic structures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of historic preservation techniques, materials, and regulations
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1100 per month.
