Architectural Designer

We are a growing architecture firm seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans, drawings, and models for various projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, including accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Russian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements
- Create detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Develop 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design feasibility
- Research materials, building codes, and construction techniques to incorporate into designs
- Prepare presentations for clients and participate in design reviews
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project elements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask on multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Chelyabinsk or Russia
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Russian
