Job Title: Commercial Architect

An established architectural firm in Chelyabinsk is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building design and construction, as well as a thorough understanding of local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for commercial building projects
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to produce high-quality 3D renderings of proposed designs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and collaborating with team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
